Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or referral rewards is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at legal@earncolour.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Points awarded on EarnColour are virtual credits that exist solely within the Platform. They have no cash value outside the Platform's redemption mechanisms and are not legal tender, currency, or property.

Points are non-transferable between accounts and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged outside of the Platform. Any attempt to do so may result in account termination.

We reserve the right to adjust, expire, or revoke points at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of these Terms.

Demo disclaimer: Certain features of this Platform, including some redemption flows and offer completions, are presented for demonstration purposes and may not represent real monetary transactions.

Third-party offers and offer walls displayed on the Platform are provided by independent partners. Completing an offer is subject to the partner's own terms and verification process. We are not responsible for partner-side errors, delays, or disputes.

Points are credited upon confirmed receipt of a valid server-to-server postback from the partner. We cannot manually credit offers that did not generate a confirmed postback.

Do not use bots, scripts, VPNs, or deceptive means to complete offers. Fraudulent completions will result in point reversals and account suspension.

The referral programme allows you to invite others to join EarnColour using your unique referral link. Referral bonuses, where available, are credited at our discretion and may be subject to minimum activity requirements by the referred user.

Self-referral, creating fake accounts, or any other manipulation of the referral system is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain points or other benefits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

Redemption options are provided as a convenience and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any redemption option at any time with or without notice.

Redemptions are final once processed. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by third-party gift card or payment providers.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of EarnColour or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARNCOLOUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE EQUIVALENT VALUE OF POINTS IN YOUR ACCOUNT OR (B) USD $10.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your activity is harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately and any accumulated points are forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@earncolour.com.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and thereafter through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
